Refining is an industrial process that transform impure Silver by chemical, physical or other means into high pure Silver. Impure Silver, usually obtained from solutions and/or solid scrapes, is refined to the final high purity by electrochemical methods.
The Silver electrorefing process based on Moebius Cells is probably the most used system for silver refining.
